what is it?

during your workout you will move from station to station. you will work through different exercises at each station targeting different muscle groups including a cardio station and core station.
It's a great all round workout suitable for all levels and you can work at your own pace.

Need to strengthen your core, improve your balance, tone up, stetch, relax? Then the new YOGALATES class could be for you.
Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates in a gentle flow style class suitable for all.

Thursdays 7.15pm


what is it?

A Yoga inspired class that focuses on a gentle approach to flexibility, balance, posture and strength.
It also provides much needed relaxation time to rebalance and refocus the body, mind and soul.
It's suitable for all levels and you certainly don't have to have done Yoga before.
