CIRCUITS - a great all round workout

in this class we have several stations set up with different exercises focusing on building strength, improving cardio and core strength.
Work out at your own pace.

Circuit classes are held at the Work it Fitness Studio on the Seale Hayne campus at the following times:

*Tuesdays 6.15pm


Yogalates - strengthen your core muscles/ improve your balance!

Combining Yoga and Pilates in a gentle flow class suitable for all. Great for stretching, toning up, strengthening the core, improving balance and to relax.

Yogalates classes are held at the Work it Fitness Studio on the Seale Hayne campus at the following times:

* Thursdays 7.15pm


PumpFit – tone up!

Shape and tone your body using light weights as well as your body weight and lots of repetitions to burn those calories!
You don't have to have any experience in lifting weights, therefore it's also suitable for beginner level.

We focus on working different muscle groups of your body as well as include some low impact cardio to lift your heart rate.
Classes are run in a circuit style or tabata style with short recovery periods.

Pump classes are held at the Work it Fitness Studio on the Seale Hayne campus at the following times:

  1. Thursday: 6.15pm

  2. Saturday: 9.30am


YogaFit - stretch and relax!

A Yoga inspired class that focuses on a gentle approach to flexibility, balance, posture and strength.
It also provides much needed relaxation time to rebalance and refocus the body, mind and soul.

YogaFit classes are held at our Work It Fitness Studio on the Seale Hayne campus at the following times:

-Tuesdays: 7.30pm

Pilates

Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout, which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles. Pilates is designed to rebalance the muscles in the body, focusing on strengthening the tummy, pelvic floor and back areas.

  1. Improve your posture

  2. Improve your flexibility

  3. Increase muscle strength and tone

  4. Give you more freedom of movement

  5. Reduce stress levels and helps to relax the body

  6. Increase energy levels

Pilates classes are held at our Work it Fitness Studio on the Seale Hayne campus at the following times:

  1. Monday: 6.00pm

  2. Tuesday: 9.30am & 10.30am

  3. Wednesday: 10.30am Beginner pilates

  4. Wednesday: 9.30am

  5. Wednesday: 6.15pm

  6. Friday 9.30am

We also hold Pilates classes at Bradley Valley Hall in Newton Abbott at the following times:

  1. Thursday: 7.00pm & 8.00pm

We also hold Pilates classes at St Mary's Church hall in Babbacombe, Torquay at the following times:

  1. Monday: 9.30am

  2. Thursday: 9.30am
